Please carefully and thoroughly read the following terms and conditions before booking your appointment. By finalizing your booking means you have read and agreed to the following: * Your credit card is required to hold an appointment. You will NOT be charged unless the appointment is modified, changed, rescheduled, or canceled within 24 hours or you do not show up for your appointment. * Appointments must be modified, changed, rescheduled, or canceled at least 24 hours in advance or you will owe the FULL AMOUNT of your anticipated services * If multiple services were booked for your appointment but you changed your mind and only wanted one service when arrived, you will still be responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of both services. To avoid this, please make changes at least 24 hours in advance. * You are allowed a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. After this grace period, your appointment will be canceled and the FULL AMOUNT will be charged to your card. We will do our best to accommodate you and fit you in if time allows, however, there is no guarantee of accommodations on late arrival. * Any NO CALL, NO SHOW will result in you owning the FULL AMOUNT of your booked services and the next appointment will have to be PREPAID in person. * In the event that your card is DECLINED for cancellation fees, you will owe the FULL AMOUNT and this must be paid prior to your next appointment. * Due to these policies, please carefully consider before booking the appointment for anyone else other than yourself. You will be held accountable for any fees associated with the appointment if the person fails to show up. * NO MONEY = NO SERVICE. We reserve the right to prosecute for theft of services to the fullest extent of the law. * All services are FINAL. NO REFUND after service has been rendered. * We reserve the right to REFUSE services to anyone! We appreciate your understanding, Classy Nails & Spa
